YUCK!

so tonight while i was hanging out with my two little shadows, my daughter and i had a very intriguing conversation. dave and i have begun asking A if she has pooped, when we know she has, she says uh huh and we change the bum. recognition, that is what we are teaching her (at least that is what we think)...we don't give the kid enough credit.
anywho, she was in her stance taking care of business. i asked her if she pooped, she was a little occupied and didn't answer...i let her be. 2 min later i asked her again, no answer. yet another 2 min, she looks at me and says (with a twist of the neck and shake of the head might i add) "MOMMY I POOPED. sigh. YUCK!" pats her diaper and lays down. lots of attitude in such a weird statement...apparently she had heard me and was just to busy to answer. so this leads me to thinking, is it time to do the dreading potty training, she is still very young. we will see but hey if you ever have my kid, there will be no guessing or smelling of the bum....she will tell you if she has pooped!
